Breathing in, I am arriving.
Breathing out, I know that I am home.
Awareness of the breath is one of the most valuable tools of yoga and meditation. The breath is always in this moment. The breath is never regretting the past or worrying about the future. It only exists right here, right now.
If we learn to rest on the breath, to return to the breath over and over again, no matter where we are or what we are doing, this skill can carry us through even the most difficult times. So this week in our Meditation Group we will continue learning and practicing tools to carry with us throughout our days. Tools which help to make our lives easier and more enjoyable, moment by
moment.
No experience necessary – come as you are!
